Service Description
Home nutritional care is an alternative exclusively dedicated to bedridden patients or those with limitations that prevent them from attending the office or receiving online consultations. The goal is to ensure personalized nutritional monitoring adapted to individual needs, providing adequate support in the comfort of one's home. Indicated for: ✔ Bedridden patients or those with reduced mobility who are unable to travel to the office. ✔ Elderly patients in a more fragile state who require nutritional monitoring adapted to their health condition. ✔ Patients with Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (GTT) or other clinical conditions that require specific nutritional care and continuous monitoring. 📆 Frequency of Care: The frequency of visits will be defined according to the individual needs of the patient, ensuring support appropriate to their condition. There are no follow-up packages for this service, but support via WhatsApp will be available to clarify doubts and offer guidance until the next in-person visit. My commitment is to offer personalized and humanized care, respecting the needs of each patient and promoting a better quality of life and well-being through nutrition.
