1 Consultations and Monitoring Sessions Nutritional consultations and monitoring sessions are scheduled in advance, either online or in person. After confirming the appointment, the client will receive an email or WhatsApp message confirming the appointment and instructions for payment and service. If the client does not receive confirmation within 24 hours, they should contact the secretary.

2 E-books and Digital Products E-books are delivered immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link sent to the email address registered at the time of purchase. If the customer does not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, they must contact support for verification.
