Refund Policy

1. Reimbursement for First Consultation and Single Consultations

Payment for individual consultations and the first consultation is made on the day of the appointment, as agreed with the secretary via WhatsApp, and can be online or in person. There is no refund.

2. Reimbursement of Follow-up Plans

Cancellation Before Plan Start

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the start date guarantee a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the start date will have the value of one session discounted.

Cancellation After Plan Start
Nutritional monitoring plans offer continuous and personalized support to ensure complete treatment. They should not be used to obtain discounts on individual consultations. In case of cancellation, the value of the sessions carried out will be charged at the price of the individual consultation (R$ 380 per session), and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation Request
The customer must request cancellation through official channels. The request will be analyzed in accordance with this policy.

Refund Deadline
After confirmation of cancellation, the refund will be processed within 15 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund for Digital E-books

Due to the digital nature of the products, there are no refunds after purchase confirmation and shipment of the material.
